At Iki & Kei, we provide tracked international shipping to Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia.

- Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (excluding Australian public holidays).
- Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday.
2. AUSTRALIA SHIPPING (Domestic)
- Transit Time: 4 - 7 Business Days.
- Shipping Cost (Under $120 AUD): $4.50 - $7.50 AUD (based on weight).
- Free Shipping: All orders $120 AUD and over.
3. UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING
- Transit Time: 5 - 8 Business Days.
- Shipping Cost (Under £50 GBP): £2.50 - £5.50 GBP (based on weight).
- Free Shipping: All orders £50 GBP and over.
4. UNITED STATES SHIPPING
- Transit Time: 6 - 9 Business Days.
- Shipping Cost (Under $100 USD): $6.50 - $9.50 USD (based on weight).
- Free Shipping: All orders $100 USD and over.
5. TAXES, DUTIES & PO BOXES
- Import Taxes: For international orders (USA & UK), any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- PO Boxes: We currently ship to residential and business addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
6. TRACKING & DISPATCH
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
